We are generally in the shop Monday - Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM EST. If we are unable to answer the phone please leave a message.
We honor all Federal and RI state Holidays:
- New Year's Day - January 1st
- Martin Luther King Day - 3rd Monday of January
- Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
- Independence Day - 4th of July
- Victory Day - Second Monday in August
- Labor Day - First Monday in September
- Columbus Day - Second Monday in October
- Armistice Day / Veteran's Day - November 11th
- Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Day - December 25th
Orders
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days depending on order volume. High order volume may delay this process slightly. Any order received after 3:00 PM EST Will always carry over to the following day at which time it will be printed and placed into the que for processing.
Overseas orders may take slightly longer due to the extra paperwork involved. We try to batch process overseas orders to make it more efficient.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS. Rates are based on weight. The cost for shipping can be calculated in your shopping cart.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure web site.
We also accept PayPal. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to process your order. American Express and Discover card orders can be processed with this payment option.
Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 30 day from the date the item shipped.
For items that are defective we will issue a full refund.
Goods that were measured and cut will incur a 30% restocking fee. Uncut goods and hardware will incur a 10% restocking fee.
When sending your item please include a copy of the original invoice or a note with the order number.
